
Xola’s focus on serving niche tourism service providers requires it to understand and study a range of specialized travel alternatives that have emerged in recent years as a counterpoint to ‘mass tourism:’ not only adventure travel, but also ecotourism, community tourism, heritage tourism, and a multitude of other specialized forms of travel. The industry now recognizes that tourism products need not be developed with a one-size-fits-all goal in mind — our tourism products and how we deliver them are limited only by the human imagination.
