Xola Founder Christina Heyniger joins World Travel and Tourism Council’s Tourism for Tomorrow Team as an On-Site Evaluator

Xola founder Christina Heyniger will join a team of judges to help determine the winners for this year’s Tourism for Tomorrow Awards. These awards aim to support and recognize sustainable practices in tourism and partner with leaders in the industry who are making strides towards this goal. Christina joins a group of on-site evaluators which have been tasked to speak with members of the community, government officials, company employees, tourists and guests of the finalists. An evaluation report created by the team will then be submitted for the final round of judging.

Awards fall into four categories and are described in detail on the WTTC website: Destination Stewardship, Conservation, Community Benefit, Global Tourism Business.
