Antonio is a Xola consultant and the Mexico Director for the Adventure Travel Trade Association.  As a US/Mexico bi-national Antonio brings a nuanced perspective to development, considering both western adventure travel consumers and latin culture and mindsets. 

Prior to joining Xola and the Adventure Travel Trade Association, Antonio enjoyed a successful career in the private equity, strategy and planning sectors.  Leaving that career, he changed his course to lead one of the largest and most successful adventure travel companies in Mexico, Rio y Montana.  Now, Antonio's experiences in private equity, in combination with his experience operating and marketing his own adventure company, guiding whitewater raft trips and racing mountain bikes, provide a wealth of knowledge and creativity to support Xola clients.   He is based in Mexico City; horseback trail riding is his passion as well as sharing the outdoors with his family and friends.

Antonio holds a civil engineering degree and an MBA from Georgetown University.
